一、設(shè)備前應(yīng)首要查看打茬機(jī)各部位，零件是否有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，多功能涼茬機(jī)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)，需批改后方可設(shè)備。

二、設(shè)備時(shí)，打茬機(jī)跑車輪與道軌空地以打茬機(jī)與軌跡來(lái)回跑動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)為規(guī)范。

三、涼茬機(jī)出產(chǎn)作業(yè)面為2.4*14m，每班次投料量為1500—2000公斤。

四、打茬機(jī)設(shè)備完畢后，必須行試作業(yè)五分鐘左右，查看各部位是否有雜音現(xiàn)象呈現(xiàn)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)雜音應(yīng)泊車檢修，待試作業(yè)正常后，方可投入正常出產(chǎn)運(yùn)用。

五、運(yùn)用過(guò)程中，應(yīng)常常留意有無(wú)反常動(dòng)態(tài)，顫抖是否加大，如發(fā)現(xiàn)雜音應(yīng)及時(shí)泊車檢修。

六、涼茬機(jī)投入運(yùn)用后，應(yīng)定時(shí)查看螺栓有無(wú)松動(dòng)，零部件有無(wú)損壞，如發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況檢修或替換零部件。
6、 After the stubble cooler is put into use, check whether the bolts are loose and whether the parts are damaged regularly. If found, repair or replace the parts according to the specific situation.
七、在運(yùn)用過(guò)程中，注油部位應(yīng)定時(shí)注油，一般每三個(gè)月注黃油一次，以保證打茬機(jī)各傳動(dòng)不問(wèn)光滑正常，減少磨損。
7、 In the process of application, the oiling part should be regularly oiled, generally once every three months, to ensure that the transmission of the stubble machine is smooth and normal, and reduce wear.
八、涼茬機(jī)若長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停用從頭投入出產(chǎn)運(yùn)用時(shí)，要從頭進(jìn)行查看，并通過(guò)試車作業(yè)正常后再投入出產(chǎn)運(yùn)用。
