　　一、安裝前應(yīng)查看全自動晾茬機(jī)各部位，零件是否有松動現(xiàn)象，如發(fā)現(xiàn)，需修理后方可安裝。

　　二、安裝時，打茬機(jī)跑車輪與道軌間隙以打茬機(jī)與軌跡來回跑動時為規(guī)范。

　　三、打茬機(jī)安裝結(jié)束后，需要行試工作五分鐘左右，查看各部位是否有雜音現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)雜音應(yīng)泊車檢修，待試工作正常后，方可投入正常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)用。

　　五、打茬機(jī)投入運(yùn)用后，應(yīng)定期查看螺栓有無松動，零部件有無損壞，如發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況檢修或更換零部件。

　　六、在運(yùn)用過程中，注油部位應(yīng)定期注油，一般每三個月注黃油一次，以確保打茬機(jī)各傳動部位潤滑正常，減少磨損。

　　七、全自動晾茬機(jī)若長時間停用從頭投入生產(chǎn)運(yùn)用時，要從頭進(jìn)行查看，并通過試車工作正常后再投入生產(chǎn)運(yùn)用。
